In life, I’m a wife to Lance and a mother to 5 beautiful children. They bring me so much happiness! I’m a proud Christian. My faith is a central part of my life, guiding my values, decisions and actions. My goal is to reflect Jesus in everything I do! In career, I’m a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years of nursing experience. I’m a graduate from the University of South Carolina with a Masters in Nursing and also a graduate of University of South Carolina Upstate with Bachelor degrees in Nursing and Biology.

I knew I wanted to be in the medical field for as long as I can remember. Maybe it was the fashionable white coat that I liked, but even though I took the nursing route, I never looked back. I always envisioned myself in this field. I went into nursing to make an impactful difference in the lives of others and I strive every day to honor that commitment.

Fashion and beauty have always been interests of mine. I’ve always been a girly girl. Makeup, skincare, purses, jewelry and all things pink! But when I realized that it wasn’t the physical makeup that made me so excited, it was the confidence it instilled in myself, I found parallels in how aesthetic nursing could help people in the same way.

I started my nursing career in CCU caring for the sickest of the sick. After graduating with my Masters, I worked as a nurse practitioner in a heart failure clinic. Even though my desire has always been to end up in aesthetics, I am grateful for the foundational nursing experience I have from caring for cardiac patients. I learned so many critical thinking skills that I use in practice today.

I feel so blessed that I love what I get to do every single day. The fact that I can help make a few small changes on the outside help someone so much on the inside, makes me incredibly happy.

I am delighted to combine my technical nursing expertise with my artistic flair to safely help my aesthetic clients feel more beautiful.

Hey there, I’m Bethany!

Outside of The Vitality Co., I’m a wife to Adam and a mama to 3 kids & 2 doggies. Life at home is never boring and we love staying active.

I graduated from University of South Carolina Upstate where I received my Bachelors of Science in Nursing. I worked as a Mother/Baby nurse at Spartanburg Regional & fell in love with helping people gain confidence in their new roles as parents. The baby snuggles were an added bonus ;)

I have a personal passion for health and fitness and I enjoy incorporating that into my daily life. I’m as girly as it gets, & if it’s pink or sparkly I’m buying it!

The Vitality Co. was born from a shared passion & appreciation for health and wellness & allowing our bodies to recover optimally from the gym. Adding Aesthetics and working along side my sister, Tiffany, was icing on the cake.

I have a strong desire to honor Christ with my life, realizing I am nothing without Him. By using the talents He has given me, my goal is to glorify Him and radiate love & compassion to every individual that walks through our door.

Hey y’all, I’m Adam!

My most important title is husband to Bethany and daddy to our 3 kids. I’m a devout believer in Christ, outdoorsman and enjoy doing anything health and fitness related.

In 2012, I received my Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from the University of South Carolina Upstate. In 2019, I graduated from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga with my Master’s degree in anesthesia and became a board-certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA). From a perioperative technician in the operating room at age 19 to providing the anesthesia during surgical procedures, it has been one of the greatest decisions of my life in choosing a career to help those during some of their hardest times.

With multiple friends and acquaintances struggling with mental health and chronic pain, it quickly became a goal of mine to bring the extremely effective treatment modality of Ketamine to Spartanburg.
